Michael “Farmington” Koperski is in his third year after arriving to Iowa City from Farmington, Minnesota. He is currently majoring nursing with a minor in political science. These areas of focus ensure a balance between deeply understanding the internal mechanisms of the body and learning about major topics in contemporary politics. He plans to enter the nursing profession after his time at Iowa. Michael spent three years in high school debate which included starting debate team with a focus on policy debate and has attended multiple tournaments in college. In his very infrequent spare time, Michael enjoys good film and television shows.
